OUR APPROACH

In order to enable our business partners to process their offers quickly and reliably, we require the following documents for the purchase check:

  • Property address
  • Anonymised tenant list
  • Year of construction
  • Photos of the property
  • Brief description of the condition of the property
  • Energy certificate
  • Existing plans

We can usually complete the entire purchase process within four weeks. It comprises the following steps:

  • Inspection of the property
  • Purchase price offer
  • Exclusivity agreement
  • Purchase due diligence
  • Draft purchase agreement
  • Notary appointment
