- Anonymised tenant list
- Year of construction
- Photos of the property
- Brief description of the condition of the property
- Energy certificate
- Existing plans
We can usually complete the entire purchase process within four weeks. It comprises the following steps:
- Inspection of the property
- Purchase price offer
- Exclusivity agreement
- Purchase due diligence
- Draft purchase agreement
- Notary appointment
